Disc ID Utility wont work???

I recently downloaded the id disc utility and burned the BIN and CUE file to a CD-R at 8x speed. Using Magic Swap cd v3 i swaped the cds and when i pressed X the cloud screen turned red. I tried loading the disc id utility in Normal, PAL, and NTCS and none worked.

I have also tried do run cd loader first but even cd loader wont work. Know im thinking that it could be my swap magic disc ???
