Trying to apend an audio track to a .bin

Im trying to add this audio track to one of my bin files. I got this program UltraISO that can work with .bin files but it seems to only be able edit the data track. Does anyone know of a program or method to do this? Also I'm assuming the audio track has to be .wav right?
