What's the best program to burn PS2 Games?

Also I was wondering I don't have a mod chip or anything but my playstation plays burned DVD-R's....What I was wondering, since it does that can I play burned Playstation 2 games? Would it be possible since it plays DVD-R's of burned DVDs!!!!

no mod is need to play burned movies. But a mod IS needed to play burned games.

The best program to burn them, in my opinion, is DVD Decrypter. It hasn't failed me yet.
