how to watch a DVD-R Re-Encode

I downloaded a torrent of The Village movie. The files are a DVD-R re-encode. what does it mean and how can i watch it? The files are .bup, .vob, and .ifo

Hey

The Village is a brand new Copyrighted Movie - and we dont discuss piracy here, its forbidden - and can get you banned..

plz dont talk about pirating things in the future

on the other hand if you ever ripped a DVD to your computer or downloaded a non copyrighted DVD-R then you could easily play the Vobs, IFOs and Bups using PowerDVD or WinDVD, either one will play a DVD-R

but once again - no piracy ;D
