i don't know excatly wnat's my blanck dvds ,they are cheap brand dvds .first they was playin on my dvd player a samsung and they was playin also on my cd,dvd rom and now they only play on my dvd burner..when i put the dvd on the cd,dvd rom .it says "insert disc" and on my regular player it says can't play that disc

Hi,

Your problems are most likely due to the media you've been using. Low quality media tends to have poor compatibilty and poor data integrity as well.

I'd suggest trying some higher quality media and see if that helps :)
