Office Depot brand DVD-Rs are Media code RITEKG04 and they are on sale this week for $49.99/buy one get on free.

I don't know of a way to check for media codes just by looking at a box. But I have bought these discs before about 6 weeks ago when they had this sale before and every disc worked great. Anyway dvd decryptor tells you the media code. And sorry I didn't clarity. It's a 50 cakebox on sale for $49.99 and that's buy one get the second free. So it's 100 for $49.99. I think $.50 piece is pretty good price especially when you don't have to wait around for the UPS man.

If you're going to go get some, I would suggest you do it soon. They ran this kind of deal a few months ago (except is was for Memorex DVDs) and they were sold out in stores and on-line the first day!

There's an Office Depot on my way home from work. Maybe I should stop today. Are they 8x or only 4x?
