Can't patch HOT SHOTS GOLF FORE DNAS files

After getting the DNASXXXX.IMG and IOPRPXXX.IMG files from the dvd and using DNAS_ID.exe to patch these files I get the error:

"This is not a Legitimate IOP Replacement File!"

Anyone know what this means? I'm really trying hard to get my backup copy of Hot Shots Golf Fore to go online. Thanks.
