DVD Drive won't Initalize.....

I have a I/O Magic DVD Burner and it's not working. I just reformatted and now 123 Copy DVD won't burn. It keeps trying to initalize for EVER, so I just stop the process. I rip everyting with DVD Shrink then copy with 123 CopyDVD. This same set-up worked just yesterday. I'm running WinXP pro. Any suggestions?

Try removing the drive in device manager and reboot so Windows reinstalls the drive. Sometimes just a reinstall corrects the problem.
