Hello, I'm getting an error message which states " Failed to read File "F:\" incorrect function" when i use DVD Shrink. Ive tried cleaning the CD and the DVD reader/Burner, and I still get the same error. Could my DVD be beyond back-up? I've looked on the guides online, but haven't seen anything that appies. Is it possible to use Decrypter in conjunction with Shrink?

Try ripping it with Decrypter in File mode. Once that is done, you can open Shrink and then use Open Files to process as you normally would.

I tried decrypter in file mode as suggested, and once the proccess was at 95% I received the following message:
I/O Error!
Device [1:1:0] DVDRW IDE 1008 0059 (F)

Interpretation: Check Condition

Interpretation Read (10)- Sector 2052037

Iterpretation: Illegal Mode For This Track.

At the bottom a window ask to try again, abort, or cancel.

I pressed abort and the sytem continued skipping the troubled track.
After complete, I get a box which reads:

Operation Successfully Completed
Copied 5 File
Skipped 1 File

what does this mean?

You might try playing the Decrypter files and see how much is missing. You may just be missing the end credits. If you are getting to 95% then you might be able to save it.

Try this as well open Decrypter and go into Tools, Device Tab and check the Set Read Error Retrys and put in 10 or 20 for a number.

Another thing to do is to go to the CSS tab and check the Detect Mastering Errors box. I don't know what this will actually accomplish, but it may give you more information if an error is detected.
