i was wondering what is the best way to backup a dvd 9 to a new dual layer dvd that are out. what programs are the best to use

you can also use shrink 3.2 and set to auto burn with, yep, you guessed it, Nero! :)

iff you want to use Nero to copy a dvd9 to a dual layer disc you will need a program called anydvd .
it runs in the background and gets rid of the css encryption .
then you can use Nero ( the part of Nero your after is Nero recode 2 )

or rip with decrypter in file or ISO mode, and use in Nero without buying AnyDVD. LOL
