dvd shrink (it might not be the absolute best, but its free).

V9 PS2, flip top, SMD, DVDLoader
Pioneer 107, ritek g05
DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter, Nero

you will also need a burning program because shrink on its own is unable to burn. i hope these help.

but there is one program that is not free called cce basic that one senior member here at AfterDawn (bigorange) seems to prefer. I'm sure others besides him like it but i remember him stating so in another thread.
