You use a 99min. blank CD to burn 99min. of data. They do exist.

People will upload anything including Swap Magic discs but Breaker Pro as well as Swap Magic must be pressed original discs in order to work.

If Windows is asking you what program you want to open them with they're probably not CD image files then. I honesly don't know what you have.

Is the original game a DVD-ROM? Do you have a DVD burner? If you answered yes to the first question and no to the second you will not be able to a disc to disc copy of any DVD based PS2 game nor will you be able to download and burn any DVD based game images.

You don't convert .rar files to anything. WinRAR is a program used to create compressed archive files with a .rar extention that contained compressed version of other files. You use WinRAR to extract the contents of a .rar file in order to use the contents. If the .rar archive contains a disc image files such as an ISO you use your CD/DVD burn program to burn it.

ok, after i extracted everything into one .rar file this is whats in that 1 rar file: 4,313,696 kb, system CNF, SLES_519.81, PSound_R.IRX, Pfile_R.IRX, DNA300.IMG (image mabey?) , ASSETS02.DAT , ASSETS01 , ASSETS.DAT those are all the files in the .rar , im guessin one of them is the image what do u think>?

No, it appears that you do not have a burnable disc image of any type. It seems that you have an archive that contains the files that were on the original disc. This is not usable as how it does not contain the instructions as to where each file needs to be placed physically on the disc.
