ISO Buster is used to view the contents of .ISO files. If the .rar archive doesn't contain a file with a .iso extension or any other CD image format (.nrg, .ccd, .cdi, .bin/.cue) ISO Buster will be of no help. If your .rar archive contains random PS2 game files such as system.cnf or <something>.elf you do not have a valid PS2 game image but instead have a compress archive containing the files that were on the original PS2 game disc. This is not usable.

No, that is not a CD image. What you have is exactly what I stated before. You have a compress archive of the files that were on the original disc. You do not have a CD/DVD image.

Just put the original PS2 game in the drive and do a disc to disc copy. You will need either a means of swapping discs in the PS2 without pressing the Eject button or a no-swap modchip soldered into the PS2. Check the xbox forum for more info on xbox backups. Basically there a chip is required and you make your backups on the xbox itself.
