Help wit burning DvdLoader

alrite, i downloaded Dvdloaderv7all.iso, unzipped it with winrar and burned it successfully with Record now. Now i swap it inbetween my swap magic dvd and my dvd backup, but wen i load the Dvdloader i get the red border and doesnt stop spinnin. Did i burn it wrong? Is there any files i shuldn't burn within the dvdloader.iso file? wuts goin on, this is pretty frustrating

1. swap magic dvd
2. swap for dvd loader
3. hit eject, insert swap magic dvd again, hit x
4. swap for backup.
