Swap Mod Hard Drive to Another Modded Xbox

Hi guys. I want to swap my 160gig hard drive that I have in my modded xbox to another xbox with the same mod. I have tons of crap on the hard drive I am swapping and I am hoping that I will be able to use it in another modded xbox. I am just wondering if it will work with no problem, or after you install a new drive to an xbox, does it somehow make it so it'll only play in that box? I just wanted to know before I try and do it. I read on xbox-scene.com for a while and wasn't sure if it would work. Thanks as always guys!

It will work but you need to unlock the hdd first.

Use config magic to unlock it and then it will be able to be used in the other xbox.
