Problems with a backed up DVD cutting off

I was making a copy of the first disc in the Band of Brothers DVD set, and I'm having a problem with it cutting off in the first episode. The DVD works fine otherwise, the second episode plays through until the end and the extra features work as well. It's only this first episode which is over an hour long that cuts off at about 45 minutes. I tried removing the extra features and that did not help. I checked to see the size of all the files and even with the extra features it is only 4.1 gigs. I'm using One click DVD copy and DVD 43 to burn my discs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
