does anyone know what this means and what i need to do?

and here's what i see in the cue file..
FILE "vcd-ana2tsrpk.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

INDEX 00 00:04:00
INDEX 01 00:06:00

Open your .cue file using Notepad. Make sure that it only has the name of the .bin file and NOT the full path to it.
