Any problems with Madden 2005 with no solder mod chip?

A friend of mine is having problems getting Madden 2005 to work. They have the no solder modchip. Anybody else having problems that have the no solder mod chip or are they just doing something wrong burning it? Its the regular edition no the special edition. They have got other games to work.

I was going to order a no solder modchip but if there are some games that dont work with it i obviously wouldnt want one.

I have the same exact problem. I use a no-solder chip with Swap Magic Discs.... Unfortunately I dont know whats wrong.

hey guys i have the swapmagic disc's and i made a copy of my madden 2005 and it works fine. i have a ps2 v10. odb
