fat32 vs ntfs

hi guys....ok one more question going thru all this reading of ps2 backups...there is something mentioned as ntfs system to backup a copy of game is it necessary wat if i don have ntfs sys on my pc....does it make any difference its recommended most places.... i mean i burnd
few games thru fat32 still works...some dont can it be cuz i don have ntfs...any solutions if i don wanna change it to ntfs...can windows xp prof.. be on ntfs too or not thnx...i hope u guys will help

windows xp can use ntfs. But it really doesn't matter, both work. i use fat32 and have no problems.

On fat32 file system it is games over a certain amount (2/3gb i think) that wont be able to be copied as it has something to do with the fat32 system.

If you want ntfs then you are going to have to format your hard drive and select to format it to ntfs.

you can still easily copy games even over 4gigs, DVD Decrypter splits the image into 2 and creates a .mds file that you burn that links the images together.

o yes forgot about that. But if the game is on dl then it wont be able to be copied.

With the growing amount of DVD-9 games coming out it may be better to convert to ntfs.
