Hi...I would like to find a software that would allow me to use the original VOB file (without having to convert it) and allow me to create new DVD menus, background, etc. then burn it. Does anyone know of such a software? The problem I'm running into with other software is that the VOB file is converted and it loses quality and the file actually gets bigger.
