Yeah,

Burn it on the cheapest, no-name media you can find.
Burn it at the highest speed possible (preferably at a higher speed than the media is rated for).
Burn it on the cheapest, no-name burner you can find, using a hacked firmware to increase burn speed.
Play a game while burning.

That will pretty much ensure that your DVD cannot be copied.

The drawback is that the DVD will not be readable either, but that is a good method of ensuring that it can't be copied, right?.

If you want the DVD to be readable/playable AND copy-proof, well, the answer is no (at the moment).

Have Fun...

Life is just more of the same:

Is it possible to burn a VCD from a DVD?

now that i read my reply i should have gone a bit further with it.

I just thought it was kind of a funny question considering that a mojority of this site is dedicated to copying the uncopiable.

I am trying to minimize the chances of it being copied. Not alot of people seem to have DVD burners, and if they do I suppose they need a +R one like me.

Also I was wondering if Somehow (?) I could put extra stuff on the DVD to make the file fill the DVD (my movie is only about 700MB) ....my question is would this make it harder for novices to copy large files??

Yes I have asked the question here because it seems to have people who know alot about copying and therefore would know what makes it harder to copy

Give it a rest - the RIAA and MPIA despite considerabe efforts have not succeeded in making uncopyable DVD's - if you ever find an method, you may have something to sell them.

"give it a rest"????????

I have just found this site and was thinking that maybe someone would have ideas as to how to minimize the chances. Is there something wrong with that?
