I have downloaded a series off the net that I would like to burn to a dvd to watch on the tube. I did download dvd shrink and dvd decrypter, thinking that's all I needed. I still can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help me? I have invested so much time into this it's driving me crazy!

Thanks

Welcome 2muchtime

Ok first off we need to know what format your files are in?? mpeg AVI xvid ect...

the 2 programs you refered to are for copying DVD's not files downloaded....you can simply use Nero 6

once you have the files in correct format

at least mpeg 2 or DVD (.VOB) format

if you want to create menus and chapters then you will need something like TMPGEnc DVD author or DVDLab ( I prefer DVDLab, not as fussy with video format sizes and such, but thats you call)

let me know if you have any questions be glad to help

Navig8r,
Thanks for responding. Most of the files are mpeg, the others say "video clip". If you can help me, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Sorry but I have a question. Am I suppose to hear the sound in the preview window? I'm not hearing anything. I used TMPGEnc to encode the files.

Thanks

it should have asked you to Demux the file and then split it up to a video file and an audio file....
then if you double click the audio or drag it to the preview window you'll here it
