Is the original a dual layer title?

Did you perform a Deep Analysis?

Power calibration errors are caused by in about this order.

1. Poor quality media. Use good disc's.
2. Dirty laser lens in burner. Use a lens cleaner disc.
3. Old firmware in burner. Update firmware.
4. Bad power supply or bad power connections to the burner. Fix.
5. Failing burner. Replace.
