I tried to back up the DVD Heat using Shrink and Decryptor. I know its a dual layer CD because when Shrink identifies the disk and names it in your destination folder it says HEAT DUAL LAYER. I ran it through Shrink fine and got an error message when trying to burn it to a blank on Decryptor. Can anybody help me with this?? Do I have to do anything differently with dual layer discs?

What error did you get?
Definitely need more info....
Decrypter will only burn an ISO file. So if you didn't create an ISO for decrypter to burn, you will get an error when trying to burn regular files.
