problem shrinking large DVD iso file

Im using DVD Shrink to back up a large compilation DVD, and I cannot get it underneath the disc limit unless i uncheck the audio channels (which I of course need). I have a do not have a dual-layer DVD burner, can I buy a larger blank DVD than 4.7gb? Or are there any other suggestions to try and fit it all on one disc? Thanks

Don't know if you've tried this or not but you could insert a still image in the special features if you don't want to keep them. That should cut you a decent chunk of size off.

Encode in shrink and save to hard drive, the open those files and encode them again.

Or, remove subtitles/end credits/un neccessary sound streams from each vid

Or split over 2 dvd's

Another way is to just reauthor and only backup the movie and no extra junk such as menus. That way the size is limited. Remove all unecessary audio and subtitles.
