epson print CD - paper settings

After numerless problems to print a CD with Epson'd Print CD (couldn't get the position right) I found that using DISCUS (Roxio freebe) printing and aligning works just fine.
print Settings from DISCUS: ?select template/epson 2100 -> print
Additionally I have to click on the red lightend button on the Photo 2100 for printing to start.
Note that the EPSON print CD setting does not appear on the printing window pulldown menu. This means that one has to chose the type of paper.
Can anyone tell me what paper settings should be used (Epson CD's)
