I can not get DVDshrink to read the main vob file... I have tried playing with the settings in DVDecryptor but with no luck. Dvdecryptor will make an mds file for it but its to big, is there any program that will author a ios or mds file?

Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.

Try ripping the contents of the disk with DVD Decrypter (it's free) prior to loading into shrink. It should work nicely.

Try this link for a decrypter guide :- (pay particular interest in ripping in "files mode")

How you load your ripped files into shrink will depend on which mode you used in decrypter.
If you used file mode then you can simply click the open files button and then locate your ripped files.
If you used ISO mode the click "File" in the top left and select "open disc image"
