got some advice for ripping difficult to rip DVD's, person saying that i should use different rippers for such. Now i've downloaded SmartRipper and i'm having difficulty using it..... does anyone know if there is a guide out there that can help me ?

Yo edsta, SmartRipper is pretty straightforward.
If you have any specific questions after reading up on it, we can help you easily :-)
SmartRipper is great for backing up DVD to AVI.
DVD Decrypter is more capable (perfect for use with DVD Shrink) but trickier to learn and use.
