DVD Decrypter is so easy to use, even a monkey can use it! (I should know, considering I am a monkey)

Does this error occur during the ripping or burning process? Does the disk have any surface scratches? Also, do you have Nero Burning Rom? You need the ADAPTI software included with Nero in order to successfully use DVD Decryptor. Just download a free trial of Nero, and you will install the ADAPTI software for free. I hope this helps solve your problems, as this topic can become quite stressful.

CORRECTION: what you need is an ASPI layer and not and ADAPTI. Once again, this can be found on Ahead's website (Nero). Sorry for the mistake :-(

it copys it to hard drive fine...no problem there, its when it is burning it the error comes up! the disks are clean (no scratch) and their DVD+R (if that matters)
so I gotta copy in DVDdecrypter in ISO mode, then use Nero and create a data disk their with the ASPI layer?
I'm going to try....
thanks!

After you rip the DVD data to your hard drive, you should burn the ISO file to the DVD via DVD decrypter's burn engine (that might be related to Nero's software, hence needing Nero's ASPI layer in the first place). Go to DVD Decrypter's menu and select "write." Follow the instructions and you should have successfully burned your backup.
