AHA! You need your DVD video plugin. This is a must to use NVE properly. You can DL it at the Nero homepage, just follow the links. If you bought Nero ultra 6 it is included and free but must be DL'd. Not sure about the trial version, you could try it. You never did say, except you DL'd it, did you buy it or use the trial version?
When operating correctly Nero will give a little pop up message saying the DVD video plugin has been detected.
Never occurred to me you didn't have it, sorry. :>(
first of all NO SORRIES you have been more help to me than i deserve. and yes i do have the full version not a demo. ok i will go and download the plugin. install and try again.

i just went to the Nero site and it says that i need to buy the plugin. says it is free but when i click on it i get a purchase thing. is there another spot i can get it?

ok here is where we stand i found the plugin for free :) downloaded it and installed it blah blah blah. i went into nve and BOOM it worked so wonderfully what can i say WOW amazing. between DVD Shrink dvd dycrypter and nve it works beautifully. but the best thing of all was all the help that biorange was. i can make a dvd without any probs at all now they have all turned out great quality etc. once again thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!
