Copying "dvd x copy" program with Norton Ghost 2003

I've been using DVD X Copy, but my current computer is only a 1.2 ghz and I am looking to upgrade my computer to 3.5 ghz. Is there a way to copy the program and load it to a different computer? Will Norton Ghost 2003 do it? With N. Ghost you can make a copy of your hard drive and load it onto another hard drive. Also, I have another DVD X copy express disc with password, but I haven't had it activated yet. Is it too late or will the program still work even though the company is out of business.
