i am trying to back up the osbournes season 21/2 i have tried dvd decryptor dvd shrink and dvd x copy and it will analyse it all the way but when it encodes it it stops and gives the message dvd shrink has caused an error and will close i have done it 8 times with the same result and i am going nuts is there any other software i can try please help thanks jason

Unfortunately I don't think another software is going to cure your ills. With 3 of them all malfunctioning in the same area it sounds like your system or operator error.

What are your system specs and how are you using the apps?
