How to Convert PAL to NTSC

Does anyone know the steps and what programs are needed in order to convert PAL games to NTSC games? I have searched the entire forum and have only found information about this issue regarding movies. Any help would be appreciated.

search for an PAL to NTSC patcher, you'll probably find adr patcher and patches with y-fix
use this to patch the iso file you made for the back-up
remember not all ps2 games work after patching.

There are specific patches on this site

But it is not updated anymore.

ADR patcher was released after, but since PAL and NTSC are not using the same vertical resolution, you may experience problem not having the image centered.

I recomend using the PS2 PAL TO NTSC VIDEO MODE CHANGER WITH Y-FIX made by JayteeMaster

Okay I downloaded ready to burn VOB dvd files from suprnova. and it's in pal!!!
can you guys tell me what do i need to do to convert them to NTSC???
