I have a problem whenver I burn DVD's with this burner: http://www.epinions.com/Panasonic_LF_D321U_DVD_RAM_IDE_ATAPI__DVD_ROM_Storage_LF_D321U

I have problems when playing them. I get half way thru the movie or less and it freezes up and the audio gets messed up. I am using Nero to burn it and I was wondering what the problem could be. I can burn PS2 games perfectly fine though.

could very well be your media. bad media can cause this. Try Branded Ritek G04 from meritline, under .45 ea. w/free shipping. :)
