how do i convert cue/bin files to vob/ifo format, and what program is need for this. i am burning with nero 6

actually i have the movies in VCD format, and they r cue/bin, do i need to covert them to mpeg, and then follow the guide

ok, i have merge the 2 clips, and separated the audio and video, when i go to TMPGEnc dvd author, i get an error message that says the GOP is too long, what am i doing wrong? i convert the cue/bin to mpeg using vcdgear
