Problems with swap magic using cdrs

ok so I'm trying to use the ID coder program thing and it tells you to burn that program image to a cdr and then use that to read the IDs on dvd games. But when i copy it to a disk and use my cd swap magic it doesn't work. i had the same problem with the DVD loader disk that was supposed to go on a cdr. Does anyone else have this problem

I have the swap disks. I burned the ID thing to a cdr and used my swap "cd" and it doesn't work. So I used my ISO buster to extract the ID files and burned them to a dvd. Then I used my swap magic "dvd" and tried the ID disk and it still didn't work.
