hi i have the magic 3 chip all ma games are patched so 100 percent , thing is it detects my chip when i login 2 dnas area is there away 2 get around it so ican play my patched ps2 games without disabling modchip and playin originals only ,, :)

You can try booting the backup disc, wait 5 minutes or possibly less for the chip to go into sleep mode, then try to login. Some people have reported that this has worked. Also if your chip is a Magic 3 and not a 3.1 this will not work as how the Magic 3 does not have a sleep mode.
