Hi all,

Can anyone help me out understanding why I can't copy DVDs using Nero 6.3.1.6?

That is not the best media and good quality media is important. Ritek or Verbatim and other would be better.

Try burning at a slower speed. Most people find 4X much more reliable.

@ActNUp

Type in Power calibration error in the search box up here !! then click GO. You will find lots of threads where that problem is looked into and dealt with.

Usually a media problem -- try a different good brand of media , first!

The burner does not like the media and when the burner tried to calibrate the disk it could not do so. You also need to remove INCD from your computer. Go to Add/Remove programs and modify the Nero program to remove INCD

Thanx much for your help. I will give that a whirl. I was reading after I posted my question and figured I got a bad batch of media, but didn't know about the InCD. Thanx again...
