I have a DVD image file (.img) and want to burn it using either DVD Shrink or Nero but when either reads it I get a message that stops at about 60% and reads as follows.

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue
Failed to open "ISO file"

I have tried re installing both and defraging the drive.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also hello to this site, this is my first post but from the time I have spent looking around it seems like a very good site.

Try burning with DVD Decrypter. It will burn ISO files.
