I tried backing up this game several times and each time I back it up it ends up freezing when it is loading to start the first race. The original is fine because I can play it for hours with no problem. I have backed up 20 others with no problem......is there something I do not know about need for speed underground?

is there any scratch on the original
cause it could have scratches and still work but when u burn it it wont work and i burned it before it works perfectly

what program are u using

I am using Nero to burn it....it has worked great for all the others. Yeah it has some scratches in it. Anyway of getting around the scratch issue if they aren't to bad?

i think the scratchs are the problem cause i had the same problem with nhl 2004 it was scratch so i couldn't burn it but i could play. i dont think there would be a solution to scratches
