I have an xecuter 2.3B lite modchip in my xbox with EvoX dash.If i get xbox live will it work with the chip?

And why is bit torrent so slow?How fast would it go with broadband?

Info for changing your router settings :

Your chip must be disabled before going on live and you need to boot with the original dash.
