>Q: got it working, just burnt system.cnf and hdld_serv. but now I don't know how to get it connected..

>A: You might need to edit "IPCONFIG.DAT" file for your Network/Router "IP Adress" and placed in "FILES" folder for your MC Exploit.

got it working, problem is I can't go on the internet while I do it because the IP I use to connect to my router is 10.0.0.13, but I need to change it to 196.168.0.10 to connect to my PS2.

Is it possible do both at the same time? can I have more than 1 connection or something? how about changing the PS2 ip to the same as my router's?

>A: First you need to get the IP Address that your PS2 detects. You should be able to determine the IP by running your "HDLOADER_SRVC.ELF" write the IP Adress on a peace of paper. Second, download IPCONFIG Maker and create a new one and replace the one you have on the MC Exploit (the file is IPCONFIG.DAT). By making one, open the IPCONFIG Maker and in the IP address box, type the IP address that you wrote down on the paper, click "CREATE". Locate the one you just created and you need to put that to your MC Exploit somehow, depending on how you worked with your MC Exploit, that's it. Your Good to go and you should be able to go online with your PC and send game or what have you, at the same time to your PS2.

Goodluck

whats that elf? I'm using hdld_serv is that the same? my ps2 IP is 192.168.0.10 haven't changed it.
my pc IP is 10.0.0.12, my router takes from 10.0.0.3 to 10.0.0.14, does my ps2 IP have to be one of those or does it have to be the same as my pc's IP?

still trying to understand exactly whats going on..

what is MC Exploit? what does it do and how do I use it?

//edit
hold on, you're saying copy the ps2's IP and make a new IPCONFIG file with exactly the same IP? whats the point of that? I used the IPCONFIG maker and used the same settings as my pc, now if I use that on ps2 it should connect with my pc and let me use the net at the same time right?
all I need now is a way to get the file on my ps2..

whats that elf? <<-- An ELF is like an .EXE for a PC, only .ELF uses/recognize by PS2*** I'm using hdld_serv is that the same? <<-- I have that file and it's an .ELF for "HD_DUMB" *** my ps2 IP is 192.168.0.10 haven't changed it. <<-- That IP, is that what PS2 detects? ***
my pc IP is 10.0.0.12, <<-- Doesn't matter, what matters is your PS2 IP Address *** my router takes from 10.0.0.3 to 10.0.0.14, <<-- Again, What matters is what your PS2 detects as it owns IP Adress *** does my ps2 IP have to be one of those or does it have to be the same as my pc's IP? <<-- PS2 or its Network Adapter Should Automatically Detect it's assigned IP Address ***

still trying to understand exactly whats going on.. <<-- No Problem, that's why we are all here to get an answer ***

what is MC Exploit? <<-- My own words will be "Putting Homebrew Program into your Memory Card" and MC Exploit is triggered by PS1 disc first generation discs *** what does it do and how do I use it? <<-- For example: You find a program out the net, let's say its "HDLoader" it will be "HDLoader.ELF" which the same program as HD Loader Official that you buy out there as mod. Only this is Homebrew. Another Example: If you want to play MP3 on your PS2 find a program out the net that is an .ELF file for MP3. If you want to learn more about MC Exploit google "MC EXPLOIT TUTURAIL" ****

//edit
hold on, you're saying copy the ps2's IP and make a new IPCONFIG file with exactly the same IP? <<<--- OBSULUTELY RIGHT, we have a winner here! ***** whats the point of that? <<-- The point? That a file in order for it to comunnicate with your Network *** I used the IPCONFIG maker and used the same settings as my pc,<<-- use only what PS2 IP Address says*** now if I use that on ps2 it should connect with my pc and let me use the net at the same time right? << It should as long as you followed what's been said, stated and answered above ***
all I need now is a way to get the file on my ps2.. <<-- MC Exploit goodgle it, google "SWAPMAGICFIX" and read the tutorial from there. Note: you will need Swap Magic Disc or any Boot disc to do MC Exploit, unless your PS2 modded then that will be perfect.

cheers
