Cannot play DDRMAX 2: 7th Import with CDLoader

Hi...

I really hope someone else got this game to work as it is one of my favorites (Hell, it was my wife and I's first date on this machine)

I have the orignal japanese import of DDRMAX 2: 7th andslide card for PS2 along with the swapdiscs. I have tried just using the swapdisc and I have tried CDLoader and neither work.

When I use just the swapdiscs the game will load but I will get an error in japanese and it will not let me get past those screens. When I used the cdloader method (swapcd -> cdloader -> swapdvd -> ddr) everything loads but then after I load up ddr I end up with just a black screen no loading no music nothing.

Can anyone please help I'm desperate here.
