Problems with XVID and my DVDplayer (standalone)

I'm having this very arragating problem with my Xvid files. Some of them work in my DVDplayer(stand-alone), but some don´t (all Divx work, except DIVXMPG4 files)

I have a NorthQ 5000 DVD player that supports-according to their website "MPEG-4 AVI files using ISO 9660 format"(http://media.fastclick.net/w/get.media?sid=9388&m=5&url=http%3A//www.northq.com/products/dvd/nq5001.html)

I have no idea what that means.

How can I find out what kind of ISO format my AVI is?And if it's not the format that my player can take, then what's the best converter available that looses the least bit of quality?

I have Gspot, but I can´t seem to find nothing about ISO there. Or is it something else maybe.

Howdy naggy,

The MPEG4 is a rather new kind of MPEG. Most standalone players cannot play them. If you wish to play them you'll have to shop for a new player that's setup to handle it.

But it can play some xvid's, and some not. I just want to know how I can find out what it takes and doesn´t.

So I know if I have to convert it or not.

Btw I'm using windvdcreator v2, is that a good converter?
