I tried to open the disk raising hellen with shrink 3.2, and it won't even open it. I then tried to read the disk with decrypter, changing the mode to read ISO, and I got an I/O error. I'm running a new prextor, updated firmware, and I am having no trouble with other movies, even day after tomorrow. Any ideas?

I backed up raising Hellen with DVD Shrink 3.2 and no problems at all, you might have a bad disk.

ok, 3rd different disk, same trouble with raising hellen. Even my PS2 won't play the original disks, although a stand alone player does. with shrink, the program will freeze up and stop responding, with decrypter, it will give me an I/O error message, the computer player won't read it, and with the PS2, it will read the fbi warning, then it will say unable to read disk. Kinda gettin frustrated. Just kinda.
