I put the cd-r disk in the ps2 and it only shows, "Please put in a valid PS1 or PS2 game disk"

Is there something that I am missing or does it not work with the downloaded hdloader off the net?

btw, my ps2 is not modded.

you will need some kind of mod to boot that hdloader.
Swap magic or Action replay will work.

I found it on this forum...sorry but forgot where it was.

Also I thought that I read you did not need any mod to get hdloader to work if it was even downloaded off the net.

im just learning about this hdloader,trying to get more info on it.i see too u need a modchip or swapmagic for the one u download,and i do own the swapmagic disc,so it should work once i find it. thanks for your help. odb
