Not sure if everyone knows this, but I have found that Norton Antivirus' Autoprotect feature causes problems while burning. I am not a very good geek, but I know that when backing up some DVD movies, the only time I get errors is when I am online or forget to turn off norton. I think I read somewhere on the DVDxCopy site that Norton has some kind of logging feature or something that keeps track of all the processes.

I have not had a problem burning any type of DVD, whether it be a movie or a game or what have you when I turn off Norton.

Just a tip.
