Trouble burning downloaded movie

After downloading a movie I got a video_TS folder full of files. However, when I try to burn these using Nero 6.0.0.16 I get :
Required File VTS_01_6.vob is not present.
DVD-video files reallocation failed
If I ignore this error, the resulting disk is unplayable.
The movie and menus work fine, however, on my PC
I have tried downloading the same movie twice but it has been the same both times
Can anybody please help ?

VTS_01_6.VOB is obviously missing from the upload in the 1st place.
does the place you got it have a forum/threads relating to this movie?
