Hi,
Does DVD Shrink also shrink M2V files? Say if the video M2V file is 6 or 7 GB can it shrink it to fit a DVD - R?

In one word: no.

You will first have to find a software to convert the m2v files to DVD-Video standard ones (*.IFO, *.BUP, *.VOB). ;)
