Hmmm...according to the thread title he's using DVDLab.

You'll want to browse to your video files folder, open it and click and drag your files to your asset window.

A window pops up giving you 3 choices, you want to pick "join the vob's without demultiplexing" This will join the files and when you're done with that you can then create your chapters, then menu, etc. and burn.

NVE(NeroVisionExpress) will join files create a menu and burn too, it also has the added feature of being able to convert the AVI files to DVD compliant :>)

navig8r, DVDLab burns it's own files so He wouldn't need another proggy for that.

Ok just to clarify

You used WinAvi to convert the files
You end up with a bunch of VOB and other files correct?

if so in DVDLab just go to insert asset
choose the folder the files are in

it should only give you a few of the VOB files to select

choose all of them (cntrl A)
it will say something about about audio blah blah
just hit ok

at that point go to your movies (top left) and add as many movies you need (how ever many VOB files you have)

double click the first movie then drag your first file (asset) to it

let me know if you have that soo far
then i will go further

can you get Yahoo IM????
it would be easier that way

bigorange

I know that DVDLAb will burn files (good lookin out)
on that

I have come to find in my experience, the burner in it kinda sucks... :P

I end up just using Nero Express to burn much faster

it once took me 12 hours to burn with the built in burner....so no thanks on that....LOL
